ULTRASONIC CLEANING

What is Ultrasonic Cleaning?

Ultrasonic cleaning is the process of using ultrasonic sound waves along with an appropriate liquid, to clean items through the formation of vacuum cavities.  These vacuum cavities or bubbles, when collapsed can produce pressures of 20,000 psi at temperature of up to 5,000ºC - all at a microscopic scale.
These forces produce an agitation effect on contaminants adhering to substrates surfaces such as metals, plastics, glass, rubber, and ceramics.

The benefit of using ultrasonic cleaners is that the action also penetrates blind holes, cracks, and recesses, making it ideal for carburettor cleaning.
The use of ultrasonic cleaners allows for narrow fuel galleries and components such as jets to be thoroughly cleaned, ensuring correct operation.

What can be cleaned?

Ultrasonic cleaning is suitable for many industries and a wide range of materials, including carburetors and injectors.
The dimension of our tank can be seen within the image to the right, As long as your item can fit within the dimensions, then we can clean it.
